We can refuse returns of late items or those not in original condition. You can return multiple items (from different orders) in one box but must include all return forms – no forms mean incorrect refunds.

We only take returns of original, undamaged products in original packaging.

After we receive your good – condition return, we’ll send a confirmation email. Refunds go through your payment method within 10 business days; membership coupons and points reactivate. Note that credit card refunds depend on the issuer, and returns/refunds might take longer than usual.

Our working hours for contact:
10:00 to 13:30 on weekdays and Saturday mornings; 17:15 to 20:15 on weekday afternoons.
